411 River Rest Campground

411 River Rest Campground is a family-built park set right on the Coosawattee River, just off US Hwy 411 south of Chatsworth, Georgia, and minutes from Carters Lake. All sites run 40+ feet with 30/50 amp service, and the park offers 51 full-hookup sites (power, water, and septic) plus 15 power-and-water-only sites, including pull-through and double/buddy pull-through options for bigger rigs. Every site comes with its own picnic table and fire ring or pit, and wide, level pads make setup easy whether you're passing through on the way to the Smoky Mountains or settling in for a longer stay.

Beyond the sites, guests have access to a catch-and-release fishing pond, a dog park, and clean, private, family-style bathhouses with a coin laundry facility. The seasonal pool and splash pad, playground, horseshoe pits, cornhole, basketball, gaga ball, and classic arcade room give campers plenty to do without leaving the property, and the on-site office/general store stocks ice, propane, and firewood. With Wi-Fi (AT&T and Verizon connectivity) and a dump station on-site, it's an easy, well-equipped home base for a river-side family getaway or a stop on the way north.
