RV guests can choose pull-through, back-in, and companion sites, all equipped with water, sewer, and 30/50-amp electrical service, with companion sites facing one another and sharing a concrete patio, and longer stays available for guests meeting the three-month minimum for monthly rates. Guests without an RV can reserve a furnished cabin, including family cabins, two-bedroom accommodations, and smaller suites with bathrooms and kitchen facilities, with select family cabins featuring a loft, bunk beds, and a screened porch, so guests are encouraged to confirm the layout and included features when choosing their rental.

Outdoor recreation includes Lake Wren, a 25-acre pond with a fishing dock, along with walking opportunities around the property and direct access to the Chattahoochee Riverwalk, a paved route connecting guests toward Columbus for walking, running, and cycling.
