About Lake Harmony RV Park
Lake Harmony RV Park is a peaceful lakeside campground in Townsend, Georgia, nestled within approximately 57 wooded acres just over half a mile from I-95. Conveniently positioned between Savannah and Jacksonville, the park offers an easy stopping point for road-trippers while providing enough natural beauty and recreation to make a longer stay worthwhile. Its centerpiece is a private, clear, spring-fed 18-acre lake surrounded by mature trees and relaxing waterfront scenery.
All RV sites offer full hookups with water, sewer, and 30/50-amp electrical service. Guests can choose from pull-through and back-in sites, including shaded lakeside options, while big rigs are welcome. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV are also available. Daily, weekly, and monthly stays are offered, and the campground also provides an RV rental option for guests who want to enjoy the park without bringing their own rig.
The lake provides plenty of ways to enjoy the outdoors. Guests can swim from the white-sand beach and floating swim platform, fish without a Georgia fishing license, or rent kayaks, paddleboards, a pedal boat, or a Jon boat. On land, visitors can enjoy a recreation room, community fire pit, bathhouse, laundry facilities, picnic areas, and campground store.
Lake Harmony also makes a convenient home base for exploring Coastal Georgia, including historic Darien, Savannah, Jekyll Island, St. Simons Island, and Harris Neck National Wildlife Refuge.
