Our Story

Founded in 2021, GARVC emerged through a partnership between local park operators and the National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (ARVC). Since then, we’ve grown steadily, gaining traction across Georgia and solidifying our commitment to advancing member interests.

What is the Georgia Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (GARVC)?

GARVC is a nonprofit, member-led organization that represents Georgia’s privately owned campgrounds, RV parks, and outdoor hospitality businesses. We promote member parks, advocate for campground-friendly policies, and connect travelers with trusted places to stay across the state.

Who can join GARVC?

We welcome two types of members:

Campground Members – Privately owned, County owned and State-owned campgrounds in Georgia.
Supplier/Partner Members – Tourism and outdoor recreation businesses (tours, dining, retail, attractions, service providers, etc.)

What are the benefits of joining GARVC?

Inclusion in the annual Georgia Campground Directory (digital)
